Highfield Rd, Hall Green
An existing commercial premises in Hall Green, Birmingham. The aim was to to develop the existing ground floor premises into a modern retail facility and at first floor level build 4 luxury apartments in a prime residential location.
To achieve the planning permission was very challenging and required extensive negotiation with the case officer in terms of the existing building line and discussion regarding local character.
Contract value £400K.
