Planning Submission
When you are ready the drawings will be checked and finalized and all documents to complete the application will be compiled. 1.Completed application forms signed and dated by the agent. (E.D Architecture) 2. Location plan scale 1:1250 (This is obtained electronically from map sourcing). 3. 1:200 site plan indicating any new hardstanding, boundary walls, parking etc. 4. 1:100 existing and proposed scaled drawings of the development. When you are ready the application is submitted to planning. |
