Building Regulations   The production of the building regulations standard drawings.  This is to make the application to your local authority to ensure your proposals will conform to UK Building Regulations.   

Information the company produces:  

General arrangement floor plans at 1:50  
Section at 1:50.  
Scaled details at 1:10  
Specification confirming to UK Building Regulations  

You must make additional funds available to pay the application fee to the council, engineer and party wall surveyor if required.  

All drawings will be set out dimensionaly to tie in with the measured survey.
