E.D Architecture were invited to work with the client on an exciting house remodel in Birmingham. The project entailed remodelling to the front elevation with modern render and timber cladding. With total ground floor refurbishment to create open plan space with feature open riser stair, kitchen island and welcoming fire place. This scheme is a good example of basically utilizing existing space and giving the property a new life.
