Survey
If you would like the company to proceed, a site survey will be conducted of the property. At this stage a deposit will be paid to cover the time of the survey and drawing production. A full measured survey of the premises will be conducted to a high level of accuracy using the latest Laser surveying equipment.

Drawing Proposals
Following your brief, your proposals will be converted into a workable design bringing your concept to life. The drawings will be produced using industry leading computer packages. The company produce 2d plans, sections and elevations. The drawings are to planning application standard not construction/building regulations.

Planning Submission Drawings
When you are ready the drawings will be checked and finalized and all documents to complete the application will be compiled. 1.Completed application forms signed and dated by the agent. (E.D Architecture) 2. Location plan scale 1:1250 (This is obtained electronically from map sourcing). 3. 1:200 site plan indicating any new hardstanding, boundary walls, parking etc. 4. 1:100 existing and proposed scaled drawings of the development. |
